Service Usage & Responsibilities
- By using our services, you agree not to engage in any illegal, abusive, or disruptive activity that may impact our infrastructure or customers.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any user violating our policies, including resource abuse, unsolicited communications (spam), or hosting prohibited content.
Termination & Liability
- You agree that under no circumstances shall Hostomega be liable for any data loss, downtime, or financial loss.
- All services are provided "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or suitability.
- No oral or written advice from Hostomega staff will create any warranty unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
VPS & Backup Policy
- VPS services will be automatically terminated 7 days after expiration. Data cannot be recovered after termination.
- We do not maintain VPS backups. Users are fully responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups.
Uptime SLA
- We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Downtime exceeding this within a calendar month may qualify for credit. Planned maintenance, DDoS attacks, or third-party issues are excluded.
- SLA applies only if downtime is validated by our internal monitoring systems. Dedicated servers are not covered under SLA.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only within 30 days of purchase, excluding domain names, SSLs, VPS, and dedicated servers.
- No refunds are granted for misuse or violation of these terms. Credit balances are non-refundable.
- Accounts purchased under a promotion or with a discount are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation & Billing
- Service cancellations must be submitted from the client area. Immediate cancellation results in service deactivation within 24 hours.
- All invoices must be paid before cancellation is processed. PayPal subscriptions must be canceled by the user.
- Dedicated server cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Acceptable Resource Usage
- Disk I/O: Limited to 50MB/s read/write. Abuse may lead to suspension.
- CPU Usage: Users cannot exceed 30% CPU usage for more than 10 minutes continuously.
- Prohibited activities include:
- IRC services, torrenting, file sharing, gaming servers
- Running cron jobs at intervals less than 15 minutes
- Storing backups for more than 7 days on our servers
Chargeback / Dispute Policy
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Related service(s) will be terminated immediately without notice.
- We may take legal action and report the user to relevant blacklists.

- All current and future services will be permanently suspended.
- Chargebacks/disputes are treated as fraudulent unless discussed with us in advance.
- Please contact our support team first for any billing concerns.
Changes to This Agreement
- Hostomega reserves the right to revise or update these terms at any time without notice. Continued usage of our services indicates agreement to the latest version of our terms.
